This is on a canvas board. My thoughts were to create with loose strokes. With a palette of pink hues, I used my fingers and a long plein brush to create loose flowers across the canvas. I wanted to, evoking a sense of whimsy and spontaneity. When I paint with fingers rather than brushes, the strokes are bold and expressive, capturing raw energy.

Canvas board are really perfect for those shelves that are so popular today. They are thin and lean against the wall behind your decor!!!! This is a perfect size for that.
